Going to the opera(!) tonight with velvetpage. Shoes are polished, trousers pressed, and I managed to tie a Half-Windsor with only a brief glance at reference materials.

Have a wonderful evening! I'm definitely envious-- Die Fledermaus is one of my absolutely favorite operas!! It's so rare you actually bust out laughing -- and frequently!-- at the opera. I hope it's a great production!

It was quite entertaining, and the production was fairly lavish. We're actually thinking of getting season tickets, as they usually only put on 2 or 3 shows a year.
