If you've played Shatterzone with me, THAT'S what you were playing. That and Battle Beyond the Stars, Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone, and maybe a bit of the cyberpunk episode of that cartoon where the guys wore suits with lasers on them.

I'm reminded of Warrior of the Lost World, which made for a fine episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Pretty much, actually. :) Like the cover of a lurid pulp story with the hero standing on a pile of corpses, which do not actually feature in the story.

The first minute or two are credits, informative, but nothing that really fulfilled me. ;)

This movie was my big treat for my birthday-cant remember which one. WORST MOVIE EVER!!!

I had seen but a handful of movies in my life, and asked to take friends to see this as a treat.I wanted Star Wars,and I got schlock. I was embarrassed by my choice.
I cant bear to look,not yet. Maybe in a few more years...
Space Hunter would have been a blast by comparison.I loved he roll caged motorcycle in that movie.
