pyatTonight, I made a roast beef dinner for my visiting little sister and her husband (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
summerfields), who flew in from Hawaii. I made gravy from scratch, and Yorkshire Puddings, both for very first time.
The gravy was not 100%, but lo, all other things were very nice indeed. The roast was wonderfully tender and juicy.
I am pleased!
