There's always something wrenching about seeing one's home on tv... Certain views of Chicago can still knock me offstride.

That looks and sounds like Greg Keelor from Blue Rodeo singing backup.

I looked it up. It is him. Blue Rodeo has done a lot with up and coming singers to help them out, particularly Greg. Kathleen Edwards also go her break with Blue Rodeo I believe.
