We celebrated with lamb burgers, Spongebob, regicidal card games, and fireworks. It was a very relaxed and pleasant day. In reverse order:

Vast amounts of food were consumed!


doc_mystery sat down with a copy of A Wrinkle in Time and read the whole thing between supper and fireworks. Adam did Internet stuff.


Regicidal card games were played in memory of HM QV1.

I like that, Rivendell! I was thinking that yesterday, too - that everyone seemed content doing whatever they were doing. It was uber-nice.
It was extra fun when children started popping out of the couch!

It was a very pleasant day. It's nice sometimes to not try and cram socialization into the context of gaming. Just now and again! :)
