Top drawer luncheon!

n_scale, a coworker currently on hiatus, stopped by the office today and we went for lunch. First, however, we took the subway up to Eliots' one of the finest used bookstores in creation, where were both loaded up on books. Then, we hopped two doors southward to the Coach House, a family-owned diner that is very laid back and excellent.

Good conversation, good books, and good food. I highly recommended all three!

Thanks, Pieter! I hadn't noticed this post. And I heap additional gratitude upon you for not continuing the phrase "currently on hiatus" with something akin to "due to a crack-up to end all crack-ups." I hope we can get together again soon.
