Werewolves of New Mexico
Feb. 21st, 2009 10:21 amLast night was the first installment of the Werewolf: The Forsaken game, set in 1867 New Mexico. It was... interesting. Present were
catsarah,
commanderteddog,
ruiskafleck,
velvetpage and
wggthegnoll.
momentrabbit was absent with a prior commitment, and therefore missed all the letter-reading, whiskey-slugging, cowpoke-staring, deputy-baiting, river-trail-hiking, cupboard-opening fun!
I have promised to the players that the game will NOT be unduly influenced by either SCTV's Western Serial spoof, "Six Gun Justice," nor the 1935 sf/musical/western/action/romance serial that inspired it... The Phantom Empire:
FEATURING THE SCIENTIFIC CITY OF MURANIA! ROBOTS IN COWBOY HATS! How DARE you speak to ME of CIRCUMSTANCES!!
