Church, then lunch event at church, then Easter stuff at my sister's house.

We played a trivia board game with my parents and my sister and her husband. We were the red-headed critter.

[livejournal.com profile] velvetpage is real purdy.

Krista, and her husband Ryan, looking thoughtful.

My parents. My dad seems to have just gotten the right answer.

Some of the questions we aced. Like, there was a question about George Orwell, fercryin'outloud. Others were "challenges." In this one, I had to close my eyes and draw a picture of something, and [livejournal.com profile] velvetpage had to guess what it was.

Can you guess what it was?

Here, [livejournal.com profile] velvetpage acts out "Dodgeball."

That seems rather filthy for a game played with your parents.

Honestly, I can't tell you my first guess, as it's a: wrong because b: it wouldn't be publishable here!

Hee. Yes, that was sort of the reaction in game.

It was "string bikini." Erin got "bikini" right away, but my attempts to portray balls and spools of string were interpreted poorly...

I was going to guess bikini-top, but I totally missed out on the string part. I love Cranium! Over here when Plonq and Atara had more free time, we used to play it a lot - although we had to place them on separate teams because being married gave them a kind of telepathy. Unfortunately Atara then ended up at a bit of a disadvantage because we were playing the Canadian edition and she's from Ohio. Another friend of ours ended up buying the game too, I don't know what edition, a more recent one where the questions weren't as good... a lot of them were sets-of-three things. But hey, any game with play-dough gets bonus points in my opinion!
