Lunch!

Been a while since I recorded one of my lunch outings here. I've not been going on as many, for one thing... but today I had an extra special lunch planned with commanderteddog.


_{Dim Sum!}

Except it didn't happen, because I had work dumped on me, and didn't have time to spare for the trek to the very special lunch place. So, we went to the "Head Soup" place. I ate Pad Thai and we shared Dim Sum, and I brought Teddog some Tim-Tams from Target. That's sort of like a Thanksgiving dinner, right?

Mmmmmm, Dim Sum!

I've had a craving for dim sum ever since I rewatched the dumpling scene in "Kung Fu Panda" on DVD the other day. I used to frequent a dim sum place in London, but not sure where to go for dim sum in Hamilton.

Any ideas?

Nope, I fear not. At least, not enough to make a recommendation. As far as I can recall, I've only ever had it while working or going to school in Toronto. I know there are places in downtown Hamilton that sell it, but I have no idea how good it is.

I think it mostly looks like a Fleischer Brother cartoons in there, doesn't it? All wobbly animals dancing up and down, with a big happy sun, zombies and a hot jazz soundtrack?
