Nah, not necessary. If you're going to watch some, I would recommend two episodes: Je souhaite, a fairly late episode (season 7), delightfully silly; and the other one you'd like is Clyde Bruckman's final repose, very well-written, full of dark humour, with a great performance by Peter Boyle.
