Gary Gygax, RIP

D&D designer Gary Gygax died this morning, at the age of 69.



This makes me sad in a strange sort of way that is hard to quantify. I imagine many 1st edition books will be dusted off tonight, and memories shared.

GM's Day

I just realized (thebitterguy pointed it out), that today is "GM's Day," the day players are supposed to show appreciation to their GMs and DMs.

An appropriate day for the first DM of all to ascend to a different plane.
