An excellent day.
Feb. 15th, 2008 11:51 pmWorked from home till about noon, then went to an observation day at Elizabeth's junior kindergarten for an hour. She's doing very well.
This was followed by lunch with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
velvetpage at the Tally Ho restaurant in Westdale, where we dined on their enormous (and juicy) roast beef sandwiches. We spent 20 minutes with our solicitor, finally getting our wills settled, then took jog to Bayshore Hobbies, where velvetpage got nifty purple dice and I bought a half-price Hackmaster supplement.
We picked up the girls at my parents - they were being artistic:
Thence home, where I watched Beauty and the Beast with my girls, then worked out, made supper, and awaited the arrival ofsassy_fae and catsarah. I spent the evening with three quite charming ladies. We all sat around, doodling, chatting, not doing much of anything - though catsarah gave velvetpage her first drawing lessons - till almost midnight.
And that is where things stand right now.
Tomorrow - gaming and more socialization, and the first day of a long weekend!
