The Weekend that Was!
Well, it was not the weekend I expected. Until Friday evening I was expecting to have a romantic weekend getaway with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
velvetpage, but Elizabeth got sick and the whole thing was postponed till April.
Still, there have been consolations.velvetpage got sexy new glasses and had a morning out with sassy_fae and catsarah. The kids were pretty good, and Elizabeth not alarmingly sick after all. I've had some good virtual games of Scrabble, and some long and interesting Internet conversations with melskunk. Oh, and nottheterritory texted me from the Royal Ontario Museum to say that their display of antique typewriters reminded him of me. That was curiously gratifying.
I think I'll end with the weekend with a hot bath, and finish off Pride and Prejudice.
